මාතලේ රත්තොට හරහා ගම්මඩුවට පැමිණ කරගහතැන්නේ කුඩා ලෝකාන්තය තියන ප්රදේශයට එන්න පුළුවන්.නායයාම් අවධානම හේතුවෙන් අතහැර දමාඇති මෙම ප්රදේශයේ පාරවල් වලට වඩාත්ම යෝග්ය වන්නේ නම් මෝටර් සයිකල් සහ 4x4 වාහන විතරයි .දමිල විද්යාලයට ඉහලින් ඇති පයිනස් වනය වගේම අතහැර දැමූ තේ වතු මැදින් ඇති මාර්ගය දෙපස ඇති සුන්දර බව නිසා ගමන් විඩාවක් නම් නොදැනෙන තරම්.
වැසි සහිත තෙත් කාලගුණය නිසා කූඩැල්ලන්ගෙන් බේරුමක් නැති තරම්.ඒ වගේම දකින්නට ලැබුණු අලි වසුරු නිසා campaign කරනකොට නම් අමතර අවධානයක් යොමු කල යුතු අතර නිදහසේ ඔබමොබ සරන කුලු හරකුනුත් සුළු කොට තකන්නට බැහැ .මේ හැම අවධානමක්ම අමතක වන සුළු සුන්දර අවට පරිසරය නම් වචන වලින් විස්තර කල නොහැකියි.කාලගුණය යහපත්ව පැහැදිලි අහසක් ඇති විටක මෙහිසිට නකල්ස්හී කදුමුන් සියල්ලක්ම පාහේ පැහැදිලිව දැකබලා ගැනීමට හැකිය.
ඔබත් මෙම පරිසරය විදින්නට කැමති නම් ගොස් පරිසරය විද තවත් අයෙකුට නැවත යාහැකි අයුරින් තබා එන්නට නම් අමතක කරන්නට එපා.
You can reach the Karagahathenna Little World’s End area by coming through Rattota in Matale and heading towards Gammaduwa. Due to the risk of landslides, this area has been abandoned, and the roads are only suitable for motorcycles and 4x4 vehicles.
The journey doesn’t feel tiring at all because of the beautiful surroundings—especially the pine forest above the Tamil school and the paths running through abandoned tea estates.
Because of the wet and rainy climate, leeches are almost unavoidable. Also, signs of elephant activity (like dung) mean you need to be extra cautious when camping. Wild buffalo roaming freely should not be underestimated either.
However, all these risks are easily forgotten when you experience the breathtaking natural beauty of the area—something that cannot truly be described in words. When the weather is clear and the sky is bright, you can see almost the entire Knuckles mountain range from here.
