The Ibanez S770FM is a lightweight, solid-body electric guitar featuring a carved mahogany body, a striking flamed maple top, and a fast 24-fret neck.

Body: Mahogany with a flamed maple top.Neck: 3-piece Wizard III maple neck (bolt-on).

Fingerboard: Rosewood with 24 jumbo frets.

Bridge & Tremolo: ZR bridge with ZPS2 (Zero Point System) and a ball-bearing pivot tremolo system.

Pickups: HSH configuration,Infinity pickups.

Body Material: Arched mahogany, featuring the signature ultra-thin, lightweight, and contoured S-body shape.

Neck: 3-piece maple bolt-on neck with a fast, flat Wizard III profile (some early 2010 models feature the Wizard II).

Fretboard: Rosewood, 24 jumbo frets with distinctive off-set dot inlays concentrated around the 12th fret.

Bridge System: Zero Resistance (ZR) double-locking tremolo utilizing a ball-bearing pivot mechanism and a removable ZPS2 tuning stabilizer.

Pickups: Dual passive Ibanez Infinity humbuckers (INF1 ceramic in the neck, INF2 Alnico-V in the bridge) controlled by a 5-way selector switch.
