With over four decades of dedication, he has graced the sacred streets of the Kandy Esala Perahera—a UNESCO-recognized cultural festival—earning the title of Vishishta Ves Narthana Shilpi (Best Dancer) multiple times for his spiritually powerful and artistically flawless performances.
A graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual & Performing Arts from the University of Visual And Performing Arts, He is more than a performer—he’s a passionate educator and mentor. As a government school teacher and an instructor to thousands of aspiring dancers, his influence goes far beyond the stage.
