A serene black and white themed residence designed for a young couple.

The design celebrates minimalism with clean lines, soft textures, and open spaces that invite natural light and ventilation through large glass openings.

The staircase becomes the heart of the home and more than movement it provides a casual seating nook, a serene space for observing Lord Buddha, and a hidden storage beneath.

The exposed concrete slab soffit adds a raw texture enhancing the minimalist character while requiring minimal maintenance.

~An addition transforming a single storey house into a two storey dwelling with four independent rental units~

The terracotta and cream palette brings a soft earthy tone, while vertical steel grills filter views to create intimate living spaces. The landscape blends seamlessly with brown gravel, paving stones, and planting.

Revival of living where tradition meets modern charm.

This transformation brings comfort while respecting the essence of the original home. With a palette of coral, yellow, and brown establishes a warm tonal quality within the space.

Rather than replacing furniture, we reimagined it with fresh upholstery, giving new life to the client’s cherished pieces.

PS : The client being in their 70s, the house holds decades of memories to them. Our design approach is to preserve that feel while bringing subtle renewal.

A fresh, modern living addition that preserves its original character.

The proposed addition introduces a two car parking area, a living hall, and an office space, enhanced by a perforated wall that welcomes natural light and air into the home. The design is completed with open terraces and a harmonious blend of greenery.
