𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (EMA) සහ 𝗖𝗘𝗬𝗟𝗢𝗡 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖 𝗝𝗢𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗬'𝗦 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡(CDJA) එක සමඟ ඇති වූ සාර්ථක සාකච්ඡාවලින් පසු, ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ශබ්ද පටිගත කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් සාමූහික කළමනාකරණ ක්‍රමවේදය නිසි ලෙස ස්ථාපිත වන තෙක් DJ Artistට හෝ DJ සංගීතය පැවැත්වන Wedding සහ අනෙකුත් උත්සව සඳහා නැවත දැනුම් දෙනතුරු බලපත්‍ර ලබා ගැනීම හෝ ගාස්තු අය නොකිරීමට ACPOSL තීරණය කර ඇත.

මේ පිළිබඳව CDJA සහ EMA යන සංගමයන් ACPOSL මගින් නිල වශයෙන් දැනුවත් කර ඇත.

Following successful discussions with the 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (EMA) and the 𝗖𝗘𝗬𝗟𝗢𝗡 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖 𝗝𝗢𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗬'𝗦 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (CDJA), ACPOSL has decided that, until a proper collective management framework relating to sound recordings in Sri Lanka is established, DJ artists and weddings and other events where DJ music is played will not be required to obtain a licence or pay any fees until further notice.

CDJA and EMA have been officially informed of this decision by ACPOSL. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.𝟎𝟗.𝟐𝟏
