Relationships are more complex than simply “getting along.” They involve communication, emotional safety, trust, boundaries, attachment styles, and understanding one another on a deeper emotional level.
Many relationship struggles are not caused by a lack of love, but by unmet emotional needs, poor communication patterns, and misunderstood emotions. Using evidence-based approaches such as Attachment Theory, CBT, and communication-focused interventions helps us better understand these patterns and build healthier connections.
Sometimes, all people need is a safe space to be heard, understood, and guided without judgment. Seeking counselling does not mean something is “wrong” with you or your relationship — it means you are willing to understand yourself better and create healthier emotional connections. 🌿
Grateful to have participated in this insightful Relationship Counselling Workshop and continue growing in a field that allows me to support healthier emotional connections and psychological well-being. 🤍✨
