Studiolusion

Studiolusion A Lab for Performing Artists. We're trying to find ourselves, and people like us with ideas that work outside the box

https://bit.ly/Re-connect_acting_workout

We've got a bit of an existential crisis. We're a group of artists trying to find ourselves, and people like us with dreams that challenge and disrupt "the box". Studiolusion is a space where you can workshop your ideas, whether they be for a play, a film, a song, a dance, or an artistic vision you want to see realised, get some friendly feedback, and develop further to your satisfaction. Watch this space for our upcoming performances, and don't hesitate to get in touch with ideas of your own.

Excited to share a new initiative:
Re-Connect, An Acting Workout

Designed for Adults who want to reconnect with the roots of storytelling, engage in creative collaboration, and gain confidence in physical self-expression in a relaxed, supportive environment. You don’t need to be an actor to join, but if you’re a former theatre kid looking to exercise those muscles without the pressure of putting on a show, this space is for you.

Sessions focus on ensemble storytelling, improvisation, and character-based exercises that build presence, focus, responsiveness, and imagination. The goal is consistent practice, using storytelling as a way to connect more deeply with the work, the group, and yourself.

Happening biweekly, starting

-Thursday 7th May, 2026

-Lakmahal Community Library

Open to Adults (21+)

Limited availability!

Note: This is not formal actor training. The space prioritizes play, respect, connection, and growing through practice...
