A portrait demonstration of the specific shape of the zygomatic bone and mandible bone on the face. A presentation with a special color value chart is also provided for ease of study.

Remember, for creating a good portrait or for creating any human figure, knowledge of the relevant anatomical structure is essential.

The Bargue drawing session marked the physical beginning of our recently launched main series. Our master plan is organized into three fundamental steps that students who join us and study can advance through more gradually. Our methodology adheres to internationally recognized customs and encompasses the expertise of superior painting.

We've posted highlights from our first session here, and our blog has more information about our inaugural series for those who are interested.

Applications are being accepted these days, but there is very little space left. If you have any questions about this, don't be afraid to email or send us a WhatsApp message.

In this post we are going to tell you about "st Petersburg Master Class" Oil Paint. This super brand can now be bought in Sri Lankan market. This awareness is for you.

The extra-fine artists' oil colors of the MASTER CLASS series represent thick ground fine mixtures of highly qualified pigments and binding agents produced on the basis of linseed oils. The natural resins- dammar and mastic- are added into compounds of the binding agents. Extraordinary brightness and purity of colors. These oil paints are characterized by a perfect balance of primer and finished colors. Fine-grained, notable for their excellent lightfastness. These oils do not change their original colors after drying, so that they can be (and have widely been!) used in restoration works.

The images above show Sandatharaka Abeysinghes watercolor palette and were captured during the demonstration (Therefore, the color palette changes instantly). In particular, the coloring of the numbers 1 to 4 shown in the picture is a very interesting educational note. It is further clarified by the arrow indicated there and a schematic representation of the color value can be seen there.

This time, we're concentrating on Simon Vouet (1590–1649), a superb French artist from the illustrious Baroque era, and his painting The Fortune Teller (c. 1618, 120 x 170 cm, oil on canvas) Take note of the coloring instruction. This study only looks at painting with a fresh experience through repainting (direct paint); we don't focus on the painting's coloring or technical methods.

We have discovered that painting the color tones as A,B and C in the manner described above is a special case of direct painting.
Additionally, the painter can benefit from the ability to recreate colors by combining them when necessary.

They are easily created because of the picture's limited color spectrum. This served as our inspiration for creating the colors and applying them to the three grant colors. (More distinguishable hues are visible.)

All you need to do is know which color is right. Many people choose different colors instead of selecting the correct color. You must spend a lot of time studying the pertinent object if you want to avoid this circumstance.

Here is the latest exercise of our Master Copies.
This time our selection was The C**k Fight is an 1846 painting by the French artist Jean-Léon Gérôme. It is also known as Young Greeks Attending a C**k Fight. Periods to which it belongs are: Academic art, Neoclassicism.

These paintings are truly sublime and the subtle study as well as the low chromatic nature of the colors make them challenging to reproduce. A keen observation and understanding is a must here.
Learning about the fine, endlessly exploratory work of the great artists of the time can be incredibly comforting to a beginning artist and aid in learning a vast amount of knowledge.

We are conducting research here, as we previously stated. Here is a shot of yesterday's objections.
Here, we're considering creating a vibrant oil. So, this is a good place to conduct a color study.
And do you also understand the significance of pencil drawing in a vibrant painting?
