🐾 WINTER CYCLE — Animal Movement Yoga
with Aymeric
A winter rhythm to warm the body, soften the joints, and move with curiosity.
Thursdays | 6:00–7:15 PM
February 5, 12, 19 & 26
(4 sessions)
Animal Movement Yoga blends animal-inspired movement with Hatha Yoga. Classes take place on Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:15 PM, beginning with progressive warm-ups focusing on joint mobility, breath, awareness, and coordination, gradually unfolding into yoga asanas and fluid movement sequences inspired by animal patterns. Strength and flexibility are developed simultaneously, supporting the body as a whole while cultivating presence, responsiveness, and embodied intelligence.
The practice encourages curiosity, flow, and attentive listening, offering a grounded yet playful approach to movement. The class is open level and welcomes everyone, whether beginners or experienced movers, inviting participants to rediscover their bodies, deepen body awareness, and explore movement in a conscious, functional, and accessible way—guided by curiosity rather than performance.
