عرس الفرح بقرطبا ابتدا من أكثر من 50 سنة.
من قبولة صغيرة شعلوها شباب الضيعة انطلقت النشاطات وتحولت لمهرجانات كبيرة سمع عنها كل لبنان وكل مواطن ببلاد الاغتراب.
وبوقت كان وطننا عم بعيش أكبر أزماته خلال الحرب لونّت قرطبا أيامنا السودا وزرعت الأمل والبسمة بقلوب كتار من اللبنانيين .
واليوم لجنة مهرجانات قرطبا استلمت الشعلة ومكملة بهالمهمة .لتكون مهرجانات على مستوى عالي و نصطضيف مجموعة من الفنانين والنجوم العالميين واللبنانيين لتبقى قرطبا عنوان للفرح والأمل...

أهالي قرطبا الكرام،

يسرّنا دعوتكم للمشاركة في مهرجانات قرطبا السنوية يومَي 21 و22 آب، آملين أن تكون مساحة للفرح واللقاء والمحبة التي تجمعنا.

لذلك، نرجو منكم مشكورين الالتزام بخطة السير الموضوعة وتوجيهات عناصر شرطة البلدية والمنظمين، وعدم ركن السيارات في الأماكن المحددة بحسب الخريطة المرفقة، ابتداءً من الساعة 3:00 بعد ظهر 21 آب وحتى انتهاء المهرجان*، والتعاون معنا بما يساهم في إنجاح هذه المناسبة.

ونعتذر سلفاً عن أي إزعاج قد تسببه بعض الإجراءات التنظيمية الاستثنائية، الضرورية لإنجاح المهرجان وتأمين سلامة الجميع.
