Without rushing, in a beautiful place, surrounded by lovely people - leaving space for inspiration and creativity.

Join us for a cozy art gathering by the sea in Jbeil, where we’ll paint, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere of the sunset.

Guided by artist Kristina Florenza. What matters most is enjoying the process, trying something new, and leaving with not only a painting, but also a beautiful memory.

Kristina Florenza is an artist with international experience. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Italy and at an art university in Beijing.

Likeness rarely interests me.
What matters more is the moment when a face gradually frees itself from biography and becomes an image - not a character, but a state of being.
My figures exist within their own time and space, where painting becomes more important than narrative.
It is this search that brings me back to portraiture again and again.

Меня редко интересует сходство.
Гораздо важнее для меня момент, когда лицо постепенно освобождается от своей биографии и становится образом. Не персонажем, а состоянием.
Мои герои существуют в собственном времени и пространстве, где живопись оказывается важнее повествования.
Именно к этому поиску я возвращаюсь в каждом новом портрете.

This painting is based on a childhood photograph of my grandmother, who comes from Polesia, from the city of Pinsk.

While working on this portrait, I was interested in more than resemblance. I wanted to preserve a sense of time, memory, and the quiet inner strength carried by people who grew up in the landscapes of Polesia.

The most meaningful part of this work was my grandmother’s reaction. She loved the portrait, and her response became the most important part of the entire process.

Этот портрет написан по детской фотографии моей бабушки, которая родом из Полесья, из Пинска.
Когда я работала над этой картиной, меня интересовало не только сходство. Мне хотелось сохранить ощущение времени, памяти и той особой внутренней силы, которую несут люди того поколения, выросшие на полесской земле.

Самое ценное для меня - реакция моей бабушки. Ей очень понравился этот портрет, и ее отклик стал, пожалуй, самым важным моментом в работе над картиной.

First piece from a new red collection.

Hand-built ceramic vessel inspired by organic, plant-like forms.

The deep red glaze shifts between fire and earth, revealing layers of texture, movement, and traces of the making process. I’m drawn to imperfect edges and living forms - shapes that feel as if they have grown rather than been constructed.

A small object that carries the energy of transformation, vitality, and presence.

Первая работа из новой красной серии, вдохновлённой растительными мотивами и органическими формами.

Глубокий красный цвет глазури напоминает одновременно о земле, огне и живой материи. На поверхности сохраняются следы процесса создания - текстура, движение руки, естественная асимметрия формы.

Меня привлекают объекты, которые выглядят не созданными, а выросшими. Формы, в которых ощущается жизнь, хрупкость и внутренняя сила.
Эта серия - о трансформации, энергии и присутствии в настоящем моменте.

Right now I’m away from Lebanon, but this exhibition is my way of staying close. We’re moving forward with preparations, and the opening is on the horizon. Art matters in all seasons - in joy and in struggle, in presence and in distance.

Because art doesn’t wait for perfect conditions - it shows up when it’s needed most.

I believe that art matters in every moment, especially in difficult ones.
