The renovation of The Alleyway was complete in 2009 by launching a diverse selection of concepts: Couqley – a French Bisto-Restaurant, nightlife entertainment (Gauche Caviar, The Angry Monkey - which was re-launched from Cloud 9), shopping (The Union) and indoor tanning (The Tanning Salon). The Alleyway Group’s most recent restaurant is Amarres, a French Cafe-Bistro in Zaitunay Bay on the Beirut M

arina. Projects in the pipeline include the development of the New Gauche Caviar, launching 2 new Couqley Restaurants in Lebanon [Couqley Dbayeh & Couqley Jounieh] and expanding the Couqley to various cities in the Middle East. Ziad Kamel: CEO & Co-Founder
