All exhibitions are accompanied by guided tours and a tailored public program rotating around the exhibited themes.

Located in the heart of Beirut, Dar El-Nimer for Arts and Culture was founded in 2016 as an independent non-profit art foundation for historical, modern and contemporary cultural productions from Palestine and beyond. Three kinds of exhibitions take place at Dar El-Nimer: exhibitions curated from the El-Nimer Collection, commissioned exhibitions in support of artists in different fields of art and

hosted exhibitions from the region and abroad. Dar El-Nimer offers a wide range of spaces for cultural performances to include auctions, storytelling, film screenings, panel discussions, workshops for all ages, book signings etc.

This week at Dar El-Nimer, there are three exhibitions you can still enjoy: ‘On Earth as it is in Heaven: Icons from Jerusalem’ has been extended to March 19th by popular demand. Look Closely - Gaza continues to showcase pieces that denounce and react the international community’s treatment of the genocide - all for sale to support Palestinian students in Lebanon. We are also hosting the preview of Nada Boulos Auction’s first 2026 catalogue. We are open from Monday to Saturday, from 11AM to 5PM.

ثلاث معارض لا تزال بانتظاركم في "دار النمر":
"كما في السماء كذلك على الأرض: أيقونات من القدس": تم تمديد المعرض حتى ١٩ آذار نظراً للإقبال الشديد.

"حدّق- غزة": يستمر المعرض في عرض أعمال فنية تُدين وتتفاعل لموقف المجتمع الدولي تجاه حرب الإبادة الجماعية. جميع الأعمال معروضة للبيع لدعم الطلاب الفلسطينيين في لبنان.

مزاد ندى بولس: نستضيف أيضاً العرض المسبق للكتالوج الأول لعام ٢٠٢٦ من مزاد ندى بولس.

Dar El Nimer is proud to host the release of Nada Boulos Auction’s first catalog of 2026: Modern and Contemporary Art from Lebanon and the Middle East

This sale brings together a selection of works that trace the formation and evolution of modern art in Lebanon through painting and artistic exchange. Spanning the early to mid-twentieth century and extending into later modernist developments, the works assembled here reflect a moment when artists were actively negotiating the relationship between local landscapes, personal histories, and international artistic currents

يسرّ "دار النمر للفن والثقافة" استضافة حفل إطلاق الكتالوج الأول لعام ٢٠٢٦ لمزاد ندى بولس: "الفن الحديث والمعاصر من لبنان والشرق الأوسط".

يجمع هذا المزاد مختارات من الأعمال التي تتبع نشأة وتطور الفن الحديث في لبنان من خلال اللوحة والتبادل الفني. تغطي الأعمال المعروضة الفترة الممتدة من أوائل القرن العشرين حتى منتصفه، وصولاً إلى التطورات الحداثية اللاحقة، وهي تعكس حقبة كان الفنانون خلالها يعيدون صياغة العلاقة بين المناظر الطبيعية المحلية، والقصص الشخصية، والتيارات الفنية العالمية.

FUNDRAISER TODAY | These lovely ladies have crafted unique hand-made items in the world-renowned tradition of Palestinian Tatreez that they passionately safeguard.

On Friday 13th and Saturday 14th of February 2026 (11am-5pm), at Dar El-Nimer, Social Support Society and Sarab Initiative will be exhibiting a selection of Palestinian embroidery including bags, cushions, pouches and more, produced by embroiderers from the Burj Al-Barajneh, Nahr Al-Bared and Shatila camps.

All proceeds from the sales will go to support the ongoing activities of the Social Support Society, that supports the elderly across the three refugee camps.

تأتيكم هذه المجموعة الاستثنائية من المطرزات التي حفظت فيها سيداتنا تاريخ التطريز الفلسطيني بكل شغف.

يومَي الجمعة ١٣ والسبت ١٤ شباط ٢٠٢٦ (من الساعة ١١ صباحاً حتى ٥ مساءً)، سيتم عرض مجموعة مختارة من المطرزات تشمل الحقائب، والوسائد، والمحافظ وغيرها، من إنتاج مطرِّزات من مخيمات برج البراجنة، ونهر البارد، وشاتيلا.

سيعود ريع المبيعات بالكامل لدعم الأنشطة المستمرة لـ جمعية الدعم الاجتماعية، التي تدعم كبار السن في المخيمات.

It’s today! EXHIBITION OPENING AND BOOK LAUNCH | ‘Look Closely - Gaza’ by Selim Mawad

The exhibition and book will depict the daily struggles of Gazans in the aftermath of the October 7, 2023, genocide through a series of satirical illustrations, statements, and research that highlight the selective application of international and humanitarian laws with impunity for the perpetrators.

All proceeds will benefit Palestinian students based in Lebanon.

سيتم تخصيص كافة العائدات لتقديم منح دراسية لعدد من الطلاب الفلسطينيين في تخصصي القانون الدولي والصحافة الاستقصائية

This week is a busy one at Dar El Nimer, with our continuing exhibition ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN: ICONS FROM JERUSALEM showcasing the unique and overlooked Levantine and Jerusalemite iconography tradition, two fundraisers - for Palestinian seniors across the camps, and Palestinian students based in Lebanon. Don’t miss the musical tribute to Omar El Zenni either. We look forward to welcoming you throughout the week!
