TESLA T1 CONCEPT - Michelin Design Challenge 2017

it uses free-standing wheels with in-wheel vertical turbines to pull the air through ducts and into a large turbine at the rear of the car, creating more power in the process. As a whole, the system is speculated to produce 1,000kW of power — equivalent to over 1,340 hp — in a car that weighs only 900 kg.
