1991년을 시작으로 청담동 일대 화랑 주최로 22회째를 맞이하는 청담미술제는 매년 일정기간 10일을 정하여 청담미술제에 참여하는 화랑에서 동시 열리는 기획전시를 통하여 미술애호가들과 만남의 장을 제공하며 수백여명 작가의 작품을 선보이고 있습니다. 청담미술제를 통한 청담동 지역 화랑을 적극 홍보함으로써 강남구 지역 주민들뿐 아니라 미술제에 관심을 갖고 있는 일반인들이 자연스럽게 어울리는 가운데 미술축제로 거듭날 수 있는 계기를 마련하고 있습니다. 매회 다양한 기획으로 시도되고 있는 청담미술제는 개인에서 기업, 사회로 점점 그 저변을 확대하여 청담동 소재 화랑이 미술시장의 선두적인 역할을 할 수 있도록 자리매김 하고 있습니다. 많은 관심 부탁드립니다.
