I haven't been posting here like this for a while and the main reason has been the protection of the artists I was working with in the past. Hopefully, you guys still remember me!
By this day, I have spent more than a decade in Korea learning the craft of K-Pop artist development and production, from all the great people that were responsible for creating the Korean wave.
The main target is to eventually setup and move my company's registration to Korea within the next two years. Then, I will be able to work without the restrictions of the past, and offer more original artists, why not a group.
Your love and support all these years has been fundamental and I hope I will keep enjoying it. The target has always been a big investor independent and more democratised production of K-pop artists, that are more tailored to the peculiar taste of the Global K-pop fanbase.
The ones that have been following my journey since the beginning, understand my honest and true passion for creation and K-Pop. While Areia KPOP Remix has been a genuine expression, it's of course nothing compared to the production of an original artist.
Through my series "KPOP Nerd", I review and analyse K-Pop releases from the perspective of somebody that has been part of K-Pop production all these years and offer you insights from the depths of K-pop. "KPOP Nerd" will serve as a conduit of expression towards the side of K-pop artist production. I will of course continue to remix K-Pop songs for the time being. Thanks for your love and support!

One of my favourite older KPOP groups was RANIA. Debuted in 2011 with "DR Feel Good" and with wonderful releases such as "STYLE" and "JUST GO" would be one of the best representations of the electro-melodic kpop style. Their songs were full of passion, with sexy choreographies and outfits that attract but don't cross the line. After many transformations, BLACKSWAN is the continuation and a new era of "RANIA". Their song "Tonight" feels like "out of place" (in a good way) in the modern kpop world of retrowave inspirated and trap songs, and it's a strong reminisce of the golden times of Kpop. With the golden recipe of 1 and half out of 5 non asian-members, it carries the vision of global k-pop, like very few did before. Out of my strong support for such movements, and my love for RANIA (which is now BLACKSWAN) I present you my remix of their song "Tonight" which I hope it helps more people discovering this unique group!
