Retired life doesn’t mean sitting still.
It means I finally get to decide what I do with my time.
No formation. No PT test. No Army schedule telling me when, where, or how to train.
Just me putting in the work because I choose to.
Jumping jacks. Mountain climbers. Hanging knee raises. Hanging leg raises.
Nothing complicated. Just another morning building the body I want for the life I worked 20 years to earn.
The uniform may be coming off, but the discipline stays.
This is retired life. And I’m just getting started.
