The 김중업‘s building, where has settled, is enough to make the morning commute feel exciting.

A space that grows more solid with time.
Architecture that speaks through structure rather than decoration, leaving emotion in lines and planes instead of ornament.

김중업’s work cannot be described simply as “modern.”

Curves and straight lines hold their balance in tension,
and exposed concrete and brick change expression as they receive the light.

Out of curiosity, I searched to see if there was one of his works in Gunsan.

To my surprise, it was standing right in front of my home.
The master I thought was far away
had already settled into my everyday life.
Good architecture remains that way
quietly, and for a long time.

In an era where being overly well dressed can feel almost outdated, Kamosh*ta inspires us through a sense of effortless style.
