그동안 해녀의부엌 북촌점은 제주의 전통 문화에서 출발한 음식을 선보였는데요, 앞으로 다양한 시선과 매력을 가진 셰프님들과 협업하며 해녀문화의 세계화를 만들어가고자 합니다.
그 첫발을 함께 내딛은 조셉과의 공연은 10월 3일부터 6개월간 해녀의부엌 북촌점에서 경험해 보실 수 있습니다.

Do you remember Joseph from "Culinary Class War" ? Despite being a foreigner, he has been praised for his bold and delicate use of Korean ingredients. We are excited to announce a collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Joseph Lidgerwood.
Until now, Haenyeo's Kitchen Bukchon has showcased dishes rooted in Jeju's traditional culture. Moving forward, we aim to globalize haenyeo culture by collaborating with chefs who bring diverse perspectives and charms.
The first step in this journey is our collaboration with Joseph, which you can experience at Haenyeo's Kitchen Bukchon from October 3rd for six months.
