우도의 사람과 이웃 그리고 지역간의 소통과 교류를 활성화하기 위한 목적으로 우도를 아낌없이 사랑하는 다양한 분야의 (연극,음악,미술) 예술가들과 우도지역 공동체 주민들이 자발적으로 참여하여 함께 만들어가는 이웃 만남 축제 프로그램입니다.
