I didn’t bounce back. Ever since I got cleared by my OB (the best ever btw 🫶🏻) to workout after giving birth, I’ve been slowly getting into my groove.

Months 1-4 I was doing light walking, eventually lifting weights again but still wasn’t at the point that I wanted to be. I was still 25lbs over my pre pregnancy weight. In total, I gained 50 lbs during my pregnancy.

Month 5 I got dengue so had very little movement.

Months 6-9 I was able to lift heavier, was able to work on my diastasis recti with .fit (check her out pls if you need guidance with this!! Her program was so helpful for me to regain strength and confidence)

Month 10 I reached out to when I saw ‘s stories about her working out. She’s been coaching both Fofo and I since then and I have never felt better. We’ve been working HARD for the past two months. Work out kahit nakabakasyon, tracking my food intake every single day. It has been so worth it. I love getting stronger for myself so that I can be stronger for my family 💪🏻

Who knew you could accumulate so much baby stuff?!? A years worth of baby clothes, pumping gear, gadgets, knick knacks and the like that we have grown out of for now.

In the meantime, we’ll keep them organized and protected in our storage bins.

Should we keep our stuff for our future bebes or should we have a garage sale???

Leon loves the water so much 🥹 he’s also been so good with eating new food on this trip! Mas gusto niya na siya yung kukuha ng food niya hahahaha 😆 he also started sharing his food with me which was soooo cute!

Been enjoying this trip so much with my family 🫶🏻 Fofo and I took turns pa getting a massage.. needed to recover before going back to the gym 💪🏻

Still celebrating Leon’s birthday but this time, with my siblings!! Went straight to the beach then enjoyed a super yummy dinner at Sur (loooooove having dinner here during sunset!!! Seafood cajun ftw) 🩵

Traveling has changed up quite a bit for us 😆 brought Leon to a park every day, walked around a lot and just explored differently (dati puro coffee shops lang kami hehehe ☕️)
