Coffee dates are still in the picture 😍 When Leon was taking his nap, we snuck out for a quick date to get some of our favorites ☕️🍵

Driving the Hyundai TUCSON Hybrid made our little rainy-day coffee run extra cozy. Comfy, spacious, and perfect for getting around the city, rain or shine.

Sometimes all you need is a quick drive, good coffee and matcha, and a little quality time together 💜

“The coffee life” has been quite the journey for us at nasa espresso stage kami ngayon..parang magtatagal kami sa stage na to 😍 we’ve been at the studio a lot so we decided to get an espresso machine for our daily coffee while working, for when we have meetings here or even for coffee pop ups!! Mission success kasi ako pala yung mas naging busy sa coffee bar 😆

My these days are pretty simple.
🤍move my body (weight training 3x a week!)
🤍get enough rest (aiming for 7-8 hours of sleep)
🤍eat better (nourishing my body with GOOD food)
🤍stay consistent with little habits

Taking care of yourself today is one of the best investments you can make
for tomorrow. ✨

I make sure that my heaviest meals are before and after my workouts. Nilagay ko na lahat ng starchy carbs ko sa breakfast and lunch 😆

I always make sure I eat before working out!!! I can’t believe I used to workout before tapos egg or smoothie lang yung food intake ko - never again 🙈 gotta be fueled to be strong!

Food has played such a big part in my weightloss journey. Konting adjustments here and there but honestly, eating the same food everyday has lessened my mental load. At the end of the day, goods na basta I get all my nutrients in and I’m fueled for my workouts 💪🏻
