Bambu Stage is proud to collaborate with Experience Cambodian Living Arts to bring to stage the show “Forbidden Rhythms”. The all-female drumming troupe Medha which means the wisdom to move forward – presents traditional art forms with a modern twist. They dance, drum, and chant with original compositions, choreography, and contemporary storytelling. TEMPLES DE-CODED takes you on an entertaining journey to uncover the mysterious temples of the Khmer Empire and its rulers. With music, multimedia and masterful storytelling the talk captures the complexity of Angkor, Siem Reap’s key tourist attraction, in a way that was novel and insightful. SNAP! 150 YEARS OF PHOTOGRAPHY IN CAMBODIA Starting with the first photograph of Angkor Wat in 1866, this show offers deep insight into Cambodia’s recent and far distant past.

​John Connel: Every creative space needs a "pure soul" and a mentor. It sounds like his arrival at the Bambu Stage New Chapter provided the strategic and emotional spark needed to push the project to its next level.
​The Engine Room
​Yeesvaan & Chek Choun: There is no substitute for the "quiet workers" who handle the logistics and the "running around." They are the reason the curtain rises on time and everything stays in its place.
