A man claiming to be from the future takes the patrons of an iconic Los Angeles diner hostage in search of unlikely recruits in a quest to save the world. A gleeful high-concept comedy with a serious message at its core, Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die lets Sam Rockwell rip with thrilling results while marking a very welcome return of director Gore Verbinski in peak form. https://theflicks.ramonstoppelenburg.com/welcome/good-luck-have-fun-dont-die/
Anchored by intense performances and charged intimacy, Dreams is a chilly yet compelling two-hander whose messy imperfections ultimately deepen its quietly tragic impact. https://theflicks.ramonstoppelenburg.com/welcome/dreams/
3X Oscar Winner 2026 *** Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro adapts Mary Shelley's classic tale of Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant but egotistical scientist who brings a creature to life in a monstrous experiment that ultimately leads to the undoing of both the creator and his tragic creation. https://theflicks.ramonstoppelenburg.com/welcome/frankenstein/

Oscar Winner for Best International Feature 2026 *** Deftly exploring the uneasy tension between artistic expression and personal connection, Sentimental Value is a bracingly mature work from writer-director Joachim Trier that’s marvelously acted across the board. https://theflicks.ramonstoppelenburg.com/welcome/sentimental-value/
Set in Scotloand "I SWEAR" tells about the true life story of John Davidson. Diagnosed with Tourette's at 15, targeted as 'insane' by his peers, he struggled with a condition few had ever witnessed. Campaigning for better understanding and acceptance of the condition of Tourette's as an adult, he finds his life's purpose and accepted his MBE from the Queen in 2019.
A deft balance of prickly and sweet that's bound together by Robert Aramayo's knockout performance, I Swear doesn't sugarcoat the challenges of Tourette syndrome while delivering an uplifting tale of resilience. https://theflicks.ramonstoppelenburg.com/welcome/i-swear/

We all want that back. https://theflicks.ramonstoppelenburg.com/welcome/the-flicks-returns-help-us-find-a-new-home/
