From November 3–8, S’Art Urban Art Festival returns under the vibrant theme “Colourful Cultures”! Organized by Phare Ponleu Selpak - Battambang and brought to you by TUI Care Foundation, in partnership with Murals for Cambodia Festival and Phare Creative Studio ស្ទូឌីយ៉ូគំនិតច្នៃប្រឌិតហ្វារ, the festival brings together local and international artists to transform the city with murals, performances, workshops, and more — celebrating creativity, diversity, and cultural exchange.
