We’re honored to join Mekong Forum 2025 on July 30–31 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Phnom Penh — bringing together over 200 thinkers, makers, and changemakers under the theme “Harnessing Inclusive and Resilient GMS Through New Economies.” Representing in the Creative Economy category, we stood alongside the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, CiCADA, Phare Creative Studio, and other inspiring forces shaping Cambodia’s creative future.
As a small, independent art studio, being among these incredible organizations is both humbling and energizing. Our mission has always been to grow a creative ecosystem for the next generation in the Kingdom — a space where young talents can take risks, find their voice, and connect beyond borders.
For us, creativity isn’t just about making something beautiful — it’s about starting conversations, connecting people, and daring to imagine what’s next. And it’s proof that even the smallest studio can make ripples in a much bigger wave.

NOWHERE Art Studio
With heavy hearts, after 8 years in this lovely villa studio, it’s time to say goodbye. So many memories – but with a huge construction rising next door, we’ve got to move on. Still, we are here and now.
We’re clearing out the studio. Art, books, furniture, free stuff, old stuff, cool stuff – come and grab what you love.
It would mean the world to see you. Drop by, say hi, say bye. One last weekend in this space we called home. See you all!

NOWHERE is an independent art studio to learn, collaborate & inspire in Phnom Penh, Cambodia by artists Lolli Park (South Korea) and Syahrulfikri Salleh (Malaysia).

Lolli Park (b.1983) is a self-taught artist from South Korea. She worked in the fashion industry then quit her job in 2013 to focus on her personal art. She loves creating quirky illustrations, pattern designs and hand-carved block prints. She has travelled everywhere, lived in Vietnam for two years and is inspired by nature and tribal motifs.

Syahrulfikri Salleh (b.1977) studied graphic design at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. He has been involved in the creative industry since 2000 and has exhibited his work in numerous local and international venues. In 2013, he quit his job as a lecturer of typography & graphic design to pursue his dream of traveling the world and making art. After two years of traveling by land from Kuala Lumpur to Spain, he accepted a job offer at an award-winning advertising agency in Phnom Penh. Syahrulfikri’s work mainly focuses on learning, sharing and collaborating. Currently, he’s the co-founder of n o w h e r e art studio.
