Chhan Dina Gallery Dina's Art Studio is a place for Phnom Penh based artists to meet, collaborate, learn and exhibit. She has exhibited and sold her work in many countries.

Chhan Dina Gallery has been established to exhibit, promote and support the visual arts community in Cambodia: an on-going display of Dina’s work from throughout her career will be augmented, on a rolling schedule, with works of contemporary masters such as Chhim Sothy, Leang Seckon and Suos Sodavy. Situated in the arts precinct clustered around the corner of Streets 178 and 13, the gallery aims t

o lead and develop the conversation in the contemporary arts in Cambodia, and provide a public space for showing the work of established artists as well as upcoming talents; as much a gathering space as an exhibition room, an area for the exchange of ideas. A programme of exhibitions, talks and performances is planned. What you are experiencing today is a first look at how the gallery is envisioned – a draft to be polished and buffed through process of observation and evaluation, to evolve organically. Chhan Dina, born in 1984, lives and works in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Dina works in a range of media including painting and sculpture; the rich themes of everyday life activities and the boundless natural world capture her imagination. Her work oscillates between the figurative and the abstract, and she delights in hiding, in the detail, gifts for the dedicated observer. Dina has paintings on permanent display in Da Nang Fine Art Gallery, Vietnam, and sculptures in UN headquarters in New York City. In 2018 she was nominated for the ASEAN Women of the Future Awards.
