Look at this photo. This is the daily humiliation of mothers in Kimaeti.

Queuing for hours with jerricans. Fighting for water. Wasting whole days looking for water that should be in their taps.

And who is their MCA?

A man who has CHAIRED THE BUDGET OF BUNGOMA FOR 10 YEARS.

Jack Wambulwa.

For 10 years you have controlled where Bungoma's money goes. For 10 years you have been Ford Kenya's most powerful MCA. For 10 years you have been at the table where water projects are approved.

And in your own ward KIMAETI, mothers are still carrying yellow jerricans on their heads like it is 1963?

This is not drought. This is LEADERSHIP DROUGHT.

What has your Budget Chairmanship done for Kimaeti water?

No piped water. No boreholes that work. No serious water project you can point at. Just dry taps and long queues.

You can allocate billions in the Assembly, but you cannot allocate water for your own mothers in Kimaeti?

If you cannot solve WATER - the most basic need - after 10 years of absolute power, what can you solve?

Ford Kenya gave you power. The Assembly gave you the budget. Kimaeti gave you 10 years of trust.

You gave Kimaeti thirst.

JKUAT University has now put it in writing that Kimilili MP Hon Didmus Wekesa Barasa was never their student. The letter dated 14th September 2026 from the Registrar Academic Affairs states plainly his name doesn't appear in their alumni records, JKUAT held no graduation in May 2008, and his purported Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering certificate is NOT GENUINE. Not "unverifiable." Not "inconclusive." Fake.

This raises critical questions on how Didmus who recently graduated with a PhD managed to fodge a degree certificate and manoeuvre with a Masters from Mt Kenya University as well. Didn't they verify the credibility of his academic certificates before admitting him? Will EACC watch and see him escape this because he's a pro- government MP? What about Engineers Board of Kenya and the Commission on Higher Education? Can the people of Bungoma who have suffered years of failed devolution entrust their resources to such a character?

As this comes out, word from those familiar with Didmus background say that back then before he became an MP, he used to run a fake recruitment scheme where he conned unsuspecting graduates money and certificates that he managed to fake and use in his academic journey. This was revealed in public forum last year by one of the leaders from Bungoma.

Jack Wambulwa is not a leader. He is a political liability who has survived for ten years by selling Kimaeti to the highest bidder. He sits as MCA for Kimaeti but his real bosses are Moses Wetangula and Mwambu Mabonga — known Kasongo operatives inside Ford Kenya. He is a mole in a Ford Kenya shirt. He does not represent Kimaeti in the Assembly. He represents his Nairobi masters in Kimaeti. A decade in office and his only legacy is betrayal, clan wars, and bootlicking.

Wambulwa turned the County Assembly Budget Committee into a family business. The ECDE classrooms scandal tells the whole story. Money is budgeted by the county, but the contractor is always the same network — residents allege Wambulwa himself is the sole contractor. Public funds meant for our children’s education are recycled into his pockets. Every county project in Kimaeti — grading, culverts, minor works — must pass through his cartel. Other contractors from Kimaeti are locked out. Quality is compromised. Costs are inflated. This is not development. This is looting disguised as service.

His payroll is a family list. While thousands of qualified, jobless youth from Kimaeti hustle with nothing, Wambulwa has allegedly planted his own children into positions tied to his office and influence. Public jobs have become family inheritance. And when a poor, qualified person like Silas Wekesa from Batakhwe clan or Ann Masibo dares to apply, he blocks them because they are not from his clan and they refuse to be his puppets. He even invaded Syombe Primary to humiliate Headteacher Daniel Namasake, with his PA Laban Ochanga on the frontline. A leader who fights schools and fights the poor is not a leader. He is a dictator in a small office.

Ten years. No roads. No jobs. No dignity. Only “Kumunie kwa mao” to the youth whose future he mortgaged. Wambulwa is the perfect example of an expired politician — arrogant, greedy, and completely detached from reality. Kimaeti has been patient for too long. We have fed a self-dealing, clan-obsessed, Kasongo mole for ten years and got nothing but shame.

*JACK WAMBULWA MCA: TEN YEARS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH*

Kimaeti Ward has been patient. For ten years we gave Jack Wambulwa the mandate to represent us. For ten years he chaired the Budget Committee at the County Assembly. He had the power. He had the resources. He had the time.

So let us do an audit. What has changed in Kimaeti in ten years? Our roads are worse. Our youth are still jobless. Our schools are still struggling. Our dispensaries still have no medicine. Ten years and there is nothing to show except press conferences and empty promises. That is not leadership. That is occupation.

Look at who he keeps. His closest allies are Moses Wetangula and Mwambu Mabonga. Both are known operatives of the Kasongo regime inside Ford Kenya. The company you keep tells us everything about you. Wambulwa is not fighting for Kimaeti. He is fighting to protect his political masters in Nairobi. He is a mole in Ford Kenya uniform.

His record on fairness is even worse. He led efforts to block Silas Wekesa from becoming Chief. Not because Silas was unqualified. But because Silas is from a poor family, from the Batakhwe clan, and refused to play politics. The same thing they did to Ann Masibo. This is what Wambulwa calls leadership. Using public office to punish poor people and promote family cartels. That is not democracy. That is dictatorship.

Even our schools have not been spared. Instead of lobbying for desks and teachers, Wambulwa mobilized people to invade Syombe Primary School to chase out Headteacher Daniel Namasake. His PA Laban Ochanga was there. A real leader builds schools. Wambulwa attacks them.

And to the youth, after ten years and control of the budget, what do you get? Insults. "Kumunie kwa mao" is his policy. No jobs. No bursaries. No programs. Just disrespect.

Kimaeti, we have reached the end. We cannot give another five years to failure. We cannot reward betrayal with another term. We cannot accept clan politics and Kasongo moles pretending to be our leaders.

Jack Wambulwa has failed the test. The verdict is clear.

1. He was solely in charge of receiving and sharing *Ksh 50,000 per MCA* to impeach Governor Lusaka

2. He fought the scholarship with both hands so he could receive "pidem" to go to Uganda every three months

3. He has been selling TSC letters to Busia but not giving Kimaeti youths

4. He pushed for the sacking of long-term casuals from the ward: *Stanley Wabwile from Bitobo* and *Abiud from Syombe* and replaced them with his sons

5. *County Inputs Stolen Where did he take county fertilizer and seeds? Last dispatch: *150 bags* of fertilizer and *800 packets* of maize were hidden at *Nyongesa Jared’s*. *90 bags* were distributed to outsiders from Sierra, Lupida, Kapina.
6. Wambulwa diverted millions meant for employment of ECDE teachers towards MCAs games making the shortlisted candidates who had been called for interviews to be stranded.
7. Budgeted corruption- Wambulwa was the cartel behind allocation of funds to hewa peojects and pocketed the same money leaving key county functions underfunded.

If he pushes us, we shall unbox the dirty business he does under *Buchurusi with Nyongesa*.
