I have received with intense shock, the devastating news about the passing on of Mr Collins Ouma Olendo, alias DJ Collo, who formerly served us as an electrical engineer assistant.

Collins Ouma, popularly known to many as DJ Collo took his final bow on 29th/Jan/2025, after being involved in a serious road accident that ended up claiming his life.

In his role as an electrician assistant, Collo was dedicated to his work, demonstrating his hard commitment to hard work by always keeping his fellow members before himself, making many challenges seem facile.

His kindness, passion, and unweaving dedication has left an indelible mark on us and will forever be etched in our hearts forever.

Collo will be laid to rest on 22nd/Feb/2025 at his home in Lela village, Jera Sub-location, North Ugenya ward-Siaya county at 1.30pm.

We therefore as Smart Team Djs family, request for your generous contributions to give our colleague a felicitous send off.

Hello, friends! Let me take this opportunity to extend a heart of gratitude ,I am so overwhelmed by the birthday wishes I received yesterday 😘😘,I am immensely grateful especially to my relatives, Facebook and WhatsApp friends who sent their good wishes and birthday quotes yesterday.

FINALLY!, MOSES OMONDI, HE IS!!...

After holding several consultive talks with my close friends from the political class, i have finally settled on Hon Moses Omondi as the best candidate to take over the mantle of stewarding Ugunja constituency.

Moses, the current Ugunja constituency manager, who is vying for the Ugunja MP seat on an ODM ticket, is well known for his integrity, humility, good relations and collaborative spirit, making him the best of the best.

He also exhibits a positive attitude and a strong commitment to service delivery.

Because of his ability to inspire and engage different people irregardless of political affiliations as was witness during his time in office with his former boss, I found him as the ideal Wandayi's heir apparent.

I now plead with my friends from my former camp to join hands with us in support of this great man of God since he has all that it takes to be the next Ugunja law maker.

The journey to a thousand miles has just began and is about to peek up speed and blast off into the stratosphere, wear a seat belt and be sure to enjoy the journey!.

MY STAND WITH HON FRED DOR ON UGUNJA BY-ELECTIONS

I joined team Fred Dor campaign technical team in the year 2020, where I was serving Fredrick Odhiambo Oyugi Dor as his private photographer/videographer, Blogger, page admin, ground mobilizer and a Dj controlling his campaign vehicle.

However, It is with great deal of difficulty that im writing this to the public, that i had become increasingly dissatisfied with the new methods that were being used to meet the team's goals which were making it difficult for me to feel like I am contributing to the team as i am expected.

Therefore, due to such toxic working environment that had adversely affected my overall well-being, i am today Friday 06/Sept/2024, after holding a series of consultations with various leaders from Ugunja constituency, hereby officially announce my exit from the team, after 4 yrs of tireless vote-hunt missions.

To be clear enough, i will not support Dor's candidature in the upcoming by-elections i Ugunja constituency.
I know this decision might be a big blow to the team, but I had no other option than to park and go.

I will follow the team of other 14 members who had recently exited the team and will announce my next move as soon as possible.

I therefore wish Dor and his team the very best moving forward.
