Setting Bigger Goals

A new week, a new mindset.
I’ve set my next target: 10 new demos and 7 confirmed installations by Friday.

I’m also planning to record a short video testimonial from one of the landlords who’s already using the system — so that future clients can see real proof of how it works.

Meanwhile, my team is out in the field reaching more landlords and property agents.
It’s exciting to watch this movement grow — not just as a hustle, but as a business model.

🏠 Vision: By next month, I want 50+ properties digitized and 10+ agents earning commissions through me.

Mentoring the Team

Today wasn’t about selling — it was about teaching.
I met with my 4 new partners (caretakers & marketers) and showed them exactly how to explain the system.

We practiced:

How to start conversations with landlords

How to send demos on WhatsApp

How to handle “I’ll think about it” replies politely

I told them, “This isn’t about pushing — it’s about solving problems.”
Because once a landlord sees the value, the sale closes itself.

Saturday — Counting the Wins

This morning, I looked back at the numbers — and I smiled.
In just one week of focus, I closed 5 clients and earned my first commissions from the Digital Rent System.
Each system setup costs KES 15,000, and my commission per sale keeps adding up.

💸 My total for the week?
KES 15,000+ in commissions. Not bad for just using my phone and consistency!

But the best part isn’t the money — it’s knowing I helped 5 landlords finally move from manual rent collection to automated receipts and reminders.

📊 Lesson: When you stay consistent, digital hustles turn into real income.
