We're privileged to join SLMC Health Posts at Mirera (Kiwanja Ndege Field) for the HP4Youth Café program,an initiative focused on improving access to youth-friendly health information and services.

Key discussions included: life skills & relationships, social and reproductive health, GBV awareness, career guidance, and adolescent development. HIV testing & counselling were also offered, with a strong focus on prevention and . PrEP & PEP services were provided by MoH officers.

We joined the commemoration of the International Day of Forests and World Water Day held at the Naivasha Medium Security Prison grounds.

The exercise began with a peaceful walk from Nakuru Stage to Naivasha Prison, bringing together county leadership, environmental stakeholders, community organisations, and residents who turned up in large numbers to support environmental conservation and sustainable development.

The event was guided by the global themes “Forests and Economies” and “Water and Gender,” highlighting the importance of protecting forests while promoting responsible and inclusive water management. Mtaani Konnect Entertainment joined other stakeholders in the tree-planting exercise that targeted the planting of over 5,000 indigenous and fruit-bearing trees.

Our participation reflects our continued commitment to community empowerment through creative arts, environmental awareness, and youth engagement. We believe that building a sustainable community starts with action, and today’s initiative is a strong step toward restoring our environment and securing a better future for the young generation.

We also appreciate the Naivasha Climate Change stakeholders and all partners who continue to support initiatives that promote environmental conservation and community development.
