Art cannot be ignored. It is a voice for the voiceless and a powerful way of speaking truth to power. Art is a voice, a message and a force for change.

As we celebrate 16 years of the Constitution of Kenya, we expand the conversation past the amendment rhetoric to what it really means to have our Katiba, and whether we have truly lived the constitutional promise.

Uwazi Festival brings you the conversation, experience the storytelling and witness poetry and music.

The festival created an important space for young people to engage in meaningful conversations around Human Rights, Budget, Youth Leadership and Civic Participation, while also celebrating youth creativity through performances and artistic expression.

At Mtaani Konnect Entertainment, we believe in the power of creativity to educate, inspire and drive meaningful community conversations.
