Dealers Job Vacancy
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Operate gambling tables and games such as poker, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, etc.
-Perform technical and functional gaming duties as per established guidelines, ensuring that the rules and regulations of the game and house are being followed
-Understand and follow gaming procedures at all times
-Ensure that the gaming table is ready with the required wagers to proceed
-Provide players with information about rules and regulations of the game and observe that they act appropriately while at the table
Exchange money for chips
-Distribute cards, dice, chips and other equipment to patrons according to the game and monitor returned equipment for any tampering
-Ensure that every bet is within the minimum and maximum table limits
-Keep track of the bet amounts accurately
-Create a lively, enjoyable and fun gaming experience for players
-Maintain a fast and smooth game pace by handling cards, chips, money, dice and other equipment efficiently
-Collect bets from losers and allocate bets to winners appropriately
-Direct winning patrons to the cashier at the end of a gaming session for payout
-Adhere to company policies and government regulations
-Attend to players’ needs politely
-Communicate to Supervisors any customer requests or situations which are not in the jurisdiction of casino dealers for further action
Interact with floor supervisors to share concerns and any misconduct or suspicious behavior during the course of game play
-Report any unlawful act to the Supervisor immediately
-Attend daily staff briefings to stay informed and updated and to address any issues arising.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Install and configure appropriate hardware and software programs and applications
Maintaining working components through repair or replacement
Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
Install and upgrade antivirus software
Perform tests on new hardware and software
Define software, hardware and network requirements
Provide technical support to staff within the company
Determine, identify and troubleshoot technical problems relating to software and hardware
Execute tests and debug programs
Maintain and manage workstations, servers, printers and scanners and other related equipment
Interconnect workstations, terminals and existing data networks as required
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
Check computer hardware to ensure functionality
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
Any other duties as may be assigned by management

Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from a recognized university
At least one security certification
Over 5 years’ experience in a busy IT environment with hands on experience in systems administration and IT supporting services
Thorough knowledge of programming technologies such as .NET framework, Java, Delphi etc. is necessary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
