Hey all! There is an ecstatic dance this Saturday! YAY!!!
It’s a free form dance. No shoes, no alcohol, no drugs. Just come and ride the wave of world dance music that starts low and flow and builds to the middle of the dance where you can dance your heart out then the flow comes back down and to a gentle ending. Sweat your intents with other!!

Hey Everyone. several of us tried different venues and different DJs but we couldn’t seem to get ED going in Nairobi. I did 6 events and the enthusiasm for those that came was super exciting! I would love to see it thrive. If there is anyone who would like to take this on let me know. I can share what we did and what we tried. Would love to nurture this scene in Kenya.
