For this Bidco Gaya TVC, the real work was in the process—storyboarding the flow, designing relatable characters, and building natural movement from rigged models (by Mahesh).

Animation was about performance.
Compositing was about cohesion.

Every step was doing one job: making the idea feel clear and human.

Good animation isn’t built at the end—it’s built from the beginning.

Most explainer content fails because it tries to show too much at once.

For Safaricom’s Flex product, the challenge wasn’t just visualising the offer—it was making it instantly understandable.

We developed a kinetic text infographic using bold typography and simple graphics to work with the voiceover, not compete against it.

The focus was on timing, hierarchy, and clarity—so each piece of information lands exactly when the viewer needs it.

Ever wonder how brands make data usage look… actually interesting? 📊🤔

When we tackled this Safaricom project with Fatrain Films, the goal wasn’t just ‘cool graphics.’ It was about Visual Psychology. 🧠

The secret? Don’t distract the viewer. We used clean compositing and minimalist motion to guide the eye exactly where it needs to go.

In our studio, we live by one rule: If it doesn’t help the story, it doesn’t stay in the frame. ✂️✨

Animation can be a powerful way to communicate real-world solutions.

I had the opportunity to art direct and animation direct a campaign for Tanager / Silverlands, promoting their Sasso chicken products.

The challenge was to create a localized animation that could be understood across Kenya and Tanzania.

We developed six animated films showing the challenges farmers face and how Sasso chickens provide solutions.

Authentic characters, relatable stories, and regional voice actors helped make the campaign feel believable and engaging.

Projects like this show how animation can help brands connect with their audiences while communicating clearly.

Most people ignore tax messages.

So how do you get employees to actually pay attention?

I had the opportunity to direct and animate an advertisement for the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) encouraging employees to request their P9 forms before tax filing season.

The goal was to turn a technical message into something clear, engaging, and easy to understand.

Animation made it possible to:

• Capture attention quickly
• Deliver the message in a memorable way
