COLOUR FESTIVAL KENYA PRESS RELEASE.
It has recently come to our attention that there are some individuals and companies that are coming up with Colour Festival events across different towns in and out of Nairobi under false pretense.
Let it be known that there is only one Colour Festival and the last event was held on the 9th of April at Sagret Gardens Along Kiambu Rd.
Currently we are doing campus activations in various learning institutions in partnership with
Under the Trade Marks Act, Cap 506 of the laws of Kenya, we are the owners of the trademark Colour Festival/ColourFest, and it remains the property of whereby all persons are restricted from using the name and mark.
Be informed that any individual, company or organization hosting a Colour Festival is in the business of misleading our fans, sponsors, artistes, partners, djs and the general public through false pretenses.
Let it be known that neither Colour Festival Kenya nor Yehlah crew is associated with the dubious events being organized without our knowledge nor approval and we shall not be held liable for any losses whatsoever.
We would like to apologize to all our stakeholders, and most importantly to you our FANS for any inconveniences caused.
