Play Info
African Twist features a young cast reenacting the lives and careers of Kenya’s musicians of the 1960s. The story traces society and politics of the era as well. First staged in January 2025, the play was well received and was nominated for Best Music Score and Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role from the Kenya Theatre Awards 2026.
