I think some stereotypes are with us to stay .. We accept them and push on..πππππ

story time
I had a meeting yesterday at RuiruBypass that ended quite late, so i was late and had to i take my matatu back home in rush. Due to time i could only take one that gets me to alsoaps then i get another one to town. It was the fastest and easiest way under the availlable circumstances. So i get to bypass to get my first matatu. The only challenge with this one was, at Githurai, someone got mugged, but iΓ±stead of the conductor preventing the thief from alighting to return the phone, he pushes him out while insulting him, "toka hapa mwizi wewe" Mhhh so many questions ran through my mind but they can only be questions without answers, it's Githurai guysππππ

. Fast forward, i get to alsoaps and switch matatus. Those who know me know that i love the 90s Rnb which is exactly what was playing in this one. The music was great, so i relaxed like it was not even late but after some few minutes they switched to slow 90s blues which were still ok with me. All this time there's this guy in the front seat that sang along to every song that played. He was impressive ππππHe had a great voice and the emotions he accompanied with every song was so spot on. This guy must be my age, i thought. The matatu was still moving so at the time we got to Pangani, the guy turned to face us for some reason, wueee hehehehe my brain got a little tickled by the mismatch between the looks and the voice i heard a few minutes ago. Feeling guilty, i still I laughed from my heard quite loudlyπ€£π€£π€£ if you know what i mean. Some one who sings blues so well with so much emotion is expected to be this soft decent soft spoken, well groomed guy. He was the exact oppositeπππ .in my head i fought the thought trying to convince me it''s the same guy but my brain refuses ππ. first, the dents on his face, clearly from some not so pleasant incidents from the way he spoke, the hoarse comanding voice dint make things any better and the unkempt beard brought out a totally diffeferent person from the one we were listening toπ«’π«’π«’. Aaaiiii how was this even possible, or is it a guy who got saved at a time things had gone so wrongπππ One passenger shouted, heeeei while laughing circasticaly as he slowly faced down. I was not the only one π«£π«£ The conductor asked whether he was alighting but he just shook his head and continued laughing. I felt so guilty laughing along but i just couldn't help it. Some secret code only the both of us got perhaps. That guy seemed to be best suited for hardcore reggae, or so i thought. But anyway i dont know why my brain moved me in that direction. Anyway good day good peopleπππ Some stereotypes are with us to stay i tell you π
