Here is part of our great team of volunteers at the UM Gallery. Leading the pack of artists is the very able painter and sculptor Alex Munyui Ndungu.
We continue with the bottle painting. All ages are welcome, no skills require and all materials provided. Entry is free, no cover charge for the activity, rather we accept Mpesa donations to 0745 306681 cover our costs.
All our activities are free of alcohol, ci******es and va**ng. All music on headphones please!!

Joyanne is majoring in painting, graphic design and ceramics at Kenyatta University. She also actively pursues many different art forms like tatoo art, photography and fashion design.
"I have delevoped a unique blend of crotcheting and African prints that I make and markets under my brand Sticking Creacions"
She is a fast learner and says creativity is about using the equipment available in different ways to achieve your desired outcome.
"I believe art is a reflection of the society...I mostly focus on unsaid and hidden conversations and subjects. I allow my society to influence my artworks while still trying to pass a message to the same society" says the energetic Joyanne.
