The chances of being conned in Land selling and buying business are always higher in Nairobi and it's environs especially if the seller is a Lady.

Person (X) baught a plot of land for Ksh 6M and decided to have his retirement home built on it as soon as possible.

During the entire construction period, Original Owner of the land was nowhere to be seen only to show up months later after everything is done.

You spend a whooping Ksh 6M on Land purchase and Ksh 13M for your house project. A total of Ksh 19M gone.

Now the Original owner is here demanding triple the amount you purchased the land or have your house be demolished for him to have his Land back.

You've spent a total of Ksh 19M even if it was a bank loan. There's nothing reflecting in your bank account. Your account balance is nowhere near the Figures the Original owner demands.

The Mikora's who sold you the land with fake title deeds are nowhere to be seen. The original Owner has verified land documents.

Even before inviting your Friends and Families for your new house warming party to help you celebrate your hard earned home. It's Going down.
