Planning a school visit to the museum this peak season? Help us make the experience smooth, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
For Teachers:
• All school visits must be booked in advance through the NMK eCitizen portal at https://nmkpay.ecitizen.go.ke/.
• Please note that eCitizen convenience charges apply to all bookings and payments made through the platform.
• Ensure that you carry your payment receipts and tickets at all times, as they may be required for verification upon entry.
• Ensure students remain under supervision throughout the visit.
• Follow instructions from museum staff and security personnel.
• Use designated areas for meals and group discussions.
For Students:
• Stay with your group at all times.
• Walk calmly through galleries,no running.
• Do not touch exhibits unless instructed.
• Keep noise levels low and respect other visitors.
• Dispose of litter responsibly and help keep the museum clean.
