My name is Isaac G. Maina, Founder and Artistic Director of CHUIS’EMPIRE ACRODANCE CIRCUS, a professional acrobatic and circus performance company based in Dandora, Nairobi, Kenya, and officially registered under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Heritage.
CHUIS’EMPIRE ACRODANCE CIRCUS is more than a performance company. It is a movement born from the streets and transformed through discipline, creativity, mentorship, and purpose.
We use acrodance, gymnastics, circus arts, and structured training as tools to empower young people, shape discipline, and create positive direction for youth from underserved communities. At the center of our work is a simple belief:

CHUIS’EMPIRE was founded over a decade ago from real lived experience in Dandora — a community known for poverty, unemployment, crime, drug abuse, and limited opportunities for structured youth development.
Yet beyond these struggles lives something powerful: raw talent, resilience, rhythm, creativity, and untapped artistic identity.
Many young people grow up with natural ability but without guidance, structure, or opportunity. What began as a small initiative to guide youth away from negative influences has grown into a recognized performance and youth development platform.
The mission was never fame.
