Since 2017, we have been trying to find out the best way to spark design thinking and innovation to enable youth and enterprise development at the county level. We started with a physical space in Machakos that opened in March 2017, and closed in March 2019. In March 2020, after a year of reflecting on our achievements and mistakes, we decide to do a 3rd iteration - this time working virtually and setting up drop in centers in partnership with the county governments, at the county level.
