Ngemi has never just been about an event. It has always been about people.

The conversations, the music, the food, the laughter, the memories, and the community that comes together every time we answer the call.

Behind every Ngemi are hundreds of moving parts and countless people working tirelessly to create an experience that is safe, welcoming and memorable.

Over the last few days, we've taken time to listen, reflect and absorb the feedback shared after 6.0. We're grateful to everyone who showed up, supported the vision and took the time to share their experience with us, both the good and the not-so-good.

Some things worked well. Some things could have been better. What matters is that we keep listening, learning and improving.

Thank you for the support, the feedback and the grace to grow.

Every time we gather, we are reminded that Ngemi has never just been about an event. It has always been about people.

The conversations, the music, the food, the laughter... The memories made between strangers who somehow leave feeling like family.

To everyone who showed up, travelled, danced, sang, supported, volunteered, partnered with us and believed in the vision once again, thank you.

What started as an idea has grown into something much bigger than us, and we do not take that for granted.

Thank you for making Ngemi 6.0 what it was.
