New Year, new threads of becoming!

Mũmbi: The Creator, The Maker. This artwork by James Kamande is a nod to the higher power of creation, and a reminder that we, too, are co-creators. Through art, we hand-make stories, memories, and meaning.

In Threads of Pan-African Identity, artists from across Africa weave their lived truths into one shared human experience, where identity is not just found, but created in what we do, what we make, and what we dare to tell.

As we step into the new year with Sena, we invite you to come experience what resonates with your own becoming.
The exhibition is still running until 2025 at the National Museum. come see, feel, and collect African stories on canvas.
Our stories. Our heritage.
