In the first chapter of the book of , we see the Israelites given the power by God to drive the Canaanites out of their different lands. But the Israelites decide to dwell among them and make them slaves, contrary to what God commanded.

Friends, God has given us the power to with our problems, sins and setbacks but we always want to outsmart Him by with them.

So now I say, I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be as thorns in your sides, and their gods shall be a snare to you.
