Gentle Ginga 🌿 MOTHER’S DAY GIVEAWAY

A gentle guided Ginga session with beautiful rhythmic African music for your soul. One hour of breathing, affirmations, breakdown of how to incorporate Ginga safely into your pregnancy and postpartum journeys and easy follow-along movements.

Join in for our safe little self-care routine to lift your mood, build a positive relationship with your changing body and mind, bond with your baby, strengthen and heal your pelvic floor , preparing for a natural birth and an overall sense of emotional well-being that come with gentle movement.

As i meticulously planned our 10th anniversary trip to Tokyo. And Dia’s first international, caught up in all the logistics, food arrangements for a picky eater, prepping to walk a million steps, budgeting for our first trip in 6 years and all that jazz. It all centred around this ONE moment. The lantern scene of the TANGLED ride at DisneySea. This song, this moment, this defined our love for a decade. Thanks to the sweet Japanese aunty for capturing this super emotional blurry shot for us. you have been my guiding light, my homing signal whenever i am lost, my steady boat in the stormy seas, my anchor. And i am so glad i got to live my Disney princess moment in this very scene with YOU. A decade later, you don’t make my heart flutter, you give it peace; you don’t make me my head spin , you centre it and that’s the true secret of a happy marriage. It’s a privilege to be married to my best friend, my home, my light, my DIA, my night! I love you , i love us!

May we continue to grow in abundance and peace for decades to come. Happy Anniversary my love!

Navi Gaur aka Mr. Muxima (aka known as Mr Smooth) is the owner of Casa Kizomba Dance school, based in New Delhi since 2016.

With over a decade of kizomba experience and multiple prestigious teacher’s training certifications, Navi is the most sought after teacher/Dj in Asia for his unique Angolan style and vast understanding of musicality and history. He teaches Kizomba, semba, tarraxinha and Urbankiz.

He has trained thousands of students from different locations like; Canada, Thailand, Nepal, India, France, Singapore,Malaysia, Sri Lanka and many more.

Apart from teaching, Navi is a professional DJ ( Majorly Kizomba but not limited to that, he does play all genres of Afro latin dance World). He is the organizer of one of the biggest kizomba festivals in India/Asia - Muxima Kizomba Festival running since 2018.
