Today we had a special contemporary dance class at Sheila Ballet School with the guest teacher Kazufumi Nakata.

It was a fun, dynamic, and highly enriching class for everyone involved. Not only our younger students, but also our more experienced dancers had a valuable opportunity to learn, grow, and deepen their understanding of contemporary movement.

We are truly grateful for this inspiring experience and for sharing so much knowledge, energy, and passion with our dancers.
