人間は多面的で、自分の中にも様々なキャラクターがいます。

冷静な自分、凶暴な自分、愉快な自分、臆病な自分、ドラマチックな自分、
自分以外のキャラクターを演じるとき、自分の色々な一面を使えたらいいですよね。

けれど、
そもそも自分の多面的な一面を知らなかったら？
多面的な一面は知っているけど、あまり出さないようにしているとしたら？
キャラクターを演じるときに使うのも難しいでしょう。

だからこそ、普段から自分の一面を知っておくこと、出せる状態にしておくことは
より良い役者になるために大事なことです。

▼実際にはこんなことがワークショップでありました

マスクをつけた瞬間に自分の中の凶暴な私が出てきて「とにかく壊したい！」みたいな気持ちになりました。ぬいぐるみやクッションなどの投げても壊れないもの、誰も傷つけないものじゃなくて、
ソファや椅子を投げたい！扉を壊したい！カーテンを引きちぎりたい！という衝動。

抑えきれないほどの凶暴な感情が自分の中にあるということが知れた面白さと
他の自分もまだまだ潜んでいる予感がして、毎回のクラスが楽しみです。
