After years of experimentation, refining techniques, and studying how finishes naturally age, I’ve finally developed a process that produces extremely natural-looking lacquer checking using nitrocellulose lacquer.

This is not artificial relic work — it’s a controlled approach that allows the finish to crack in a way that closely resembles true vintage instruments.

Introducing:
Natural Vintage Checking Finish

Each piece develops its own unique pattern, just like a real vintage guitar.

And this process will continue to evolve.
