✨ Some Leonardo love for today ✨

I am a big fan of the Leonardo Momento Zero Grande — especially the good old classic version: No. 8 nib, no ink window, and preferably part of a series that somehow keeps growing. 😄

But in DC, a prototype won me over within seconds.

The demonstrator Essenza with its blue and golden-brown swirls is absolutely beautiful, and I keep finding myself staring at it. It still hasn’t been inked, and for once I’m not in a hurry. I’m quite happy just admiring it for a little while longer.

And don’t these Leonardos look lovely together in my custom pen case from yurie? There is definitely room for more in the future. 😉

勝運と繁栄の象徴 「沢瀉（おもだか）」に金を贅沢にあしらい
「勝ち虫」と呼ばれ前進や飛躍の象徴 「蜻蛉（とんぼ）」の羽に螺鈿（らでん）加工を施しました。

漆との相性が良いとされる「エボナイト」をボディのベースに、本漆を使用する輪島塗の中でも僅かな職人にしか継承されていないという特殊な厚塗り技法によって生み出された逸品です。
