今日、無事に新しいアトリエの引き渡しを迎えました。
まだ数箇所の残工事は残っていますが、昨年10月の着工から約7ヶ月。数えきれないほどの打ち合わせや検討、細かな決断を積み重ねながら、たくさんの職人さんたちの力を借りて、ようやくここまで辿り着きました。
空間設計は、自宅アトリエと同じく にお願いしました。そして、この空間をより特別なものにしてくれている古い建具は .garagemade さんの協力によるものです。
新しい空間の中にも、どこか懐かしさや静けさを感じられる場所にしたいと思い、細かな素材や空気感まで一緒に考えていただきました。
ここからの3週間は、什器の搬入や準備、細かな調整など、新しい場所を仕上げていく大仕事が待っていますが、まずはこの大きな節目を静かに喜びたいと思います。
Today, we officially received the keys to the new atelier.
There are still a few final construction details remaining, but after seven months since the renovation began last October, we have finally reached this milestone.
Countless meetings, decisions, revisions, and conversations went into creating this space, together with the work of many skilled craftspeople. Watching the atelier slowly take shape over these months has been both exciting and overwhelming at times.
The spatial design was created together with who also designed my previous home atelier. The vintage doors and windows that give this new space its unique atmosphere were sourced with the support of .garagemade
The next three weeks will be another big stage of work as we move furniture in, organize tools, and prepare the space for workshops and daily operations.
But tonight, I simply want to pause and appreciate this moment.
